About the Role
Connecting Dots ERP is looking for a passionate and experienced SAP EHS Trainer who can deliver high-quality training sessions to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and have proven experience in training, mentoring, and guiding learners toward successful SAP careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SAP EHS training sessions in both online and classroom modes.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
- Deliver practical and industry-oriented SAP EHS concepts with real-time scenarios.
- Assist students in understanding end-to-end SAP EHS business processes.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Guide learners on project execution and certification preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EHS functionalities and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Incident Management
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis
- Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health
- Waste Management
- Product Safety and Dangerous Goods Management
- Compliance Management
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Management
- EHS Reporting and Analytics
- Experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting projects.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, IT, or a related field.
- SAP EHS Certification preferred.
- Experience in handling corporate training programs will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of SAP EHS training experience.
- Prior experience in classroom, online, or corporate training environments.
- Proven track record of training students, professionals, or corporate teams.
