Restaurant Manager – Pan Asian Fine Dining
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Pan Asian Fine Dining restaurant.
- Total work experience of up to 8 years.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
- Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
- Manage reservations, staff scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in Pan Asian Fine Dining restaurants is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Must be currently based in Mumbai.
