About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth for the company.
This is a leadership role focused on leading the company's revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, commercially driven, and capable of leading a high-performing sales team while contributing directly to the company's growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation
- Own the company's revenue generation by proactively identifying business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and consistently driving sales growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, strategic partnerships, and market research.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new markets, industries, and potential clients to expand the company's business.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.
- Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Encourage repeat business and client referrals.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Sales & Business Development team.
- Guide the Sales Team Lead in planning and executing daily sales activities.
- Set clear goals and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Administration & Operations team to ensure a smooth handover of projects after deal closure.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the management.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team management role is preferred.
- Experience in a creative agency, advertising, digital marketing, media, branding, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
