Job Summary:
Wings Global Immigration is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our Moga Branch. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong counseling abilities, and experience in handling study visa inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students throughout their overseas education journey, from counseling to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, primarily for the UK.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, colleges, and universities.
- Explain admission requirements, visa processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide professional guidance to visitors.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and processing teams for smooth case handling.
- Conduct regular telecalling activities on assigned leads and local databases to generate inquiries and admissions.
- Perform follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by management.
- Participate in seminars, educational events, promotional campaigns, and branch activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in study visa counseling, admissions, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong telecalling and lead conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric approach.
