We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in HR and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Assist in daily HR operations and administration
- Handle basic communication and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
