Job Opening: Civil Estimation Engineer
Location: Trivandrum, Kowdiar

SESC is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team at our Trivandrum office (Kowdiar).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial civil projects.
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors
- Track material and labor costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Support tendering and bidding with timely cost breakdowns.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, estimation software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
