Role : Construction Project Manager cum Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities -
Quality - Time - Money
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of villa construction and fit-outs
A. Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, construction schedules, and Gantt charts.
Mobilize resources — manpower, equipment, materials — in coordination with Head Office.
Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution of villa construction and fit-outs.
Monitor daily site progress, ensure adherence to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Anticipate site challenges (especially in hilly terrain) and implement practical solutions.
Ability to prepare BoQ & Estimates for the Villas, Clubhouse & site infrastructure
B. Coordination & Communication
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Head Office, design consultants, site teams, and vendors.
Conduct weekly review meetings, document minutes, track action points, and follow up for closures.
Maintain zero communication gaps through structured reporting (Daily Logs, WPRs, MPRs).
Coordinate across disciplines — Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, Legal, Finance — ensuring seamless handshakes.
C. Vendor, Client & Compliance Management
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and statutory bodies.
Ensure timely certification of contractor bills, material quantities, and statutory compliances.
Uphold Wild Habitat’s values of transparency, safety (HSE), and sustainability on site.
D. Systems, Innovation & Reporting
Implement project management tools (MS Project / similar).
Identify and apply innovative building practices suited for hilly contexts.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management with insights and recommendations.
Ensure smooth project closure and demobilization post-completion.
Required Skills & Qualities
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
7–10 years of experience managing premium residential, resort, or villa projects — preferably in hilly regions.
Experience in executing Steel structures is desirable
Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and coordinating between design and execution.
Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication — Hindi & English - both written and verbal — with high professional decorum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Energetic, resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about eco-luxury construction.
Remuneration
Competitive, based on experience and capability.
Includes accommodation and travel provisions as applicable for the Himalayan site posting.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
