Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle room reservations, check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verify guest identity and maintain occupancy records.
- Receive telephone calls, emails, and reservation enquiries.
- Coordinate room allotment based on availability and booking status.
- Maintain daily room occupancy, reservation, and guest registers.
- Prepare bills, collect payments, and issue receipts as per Club procedures.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and Club records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Prepare daily occupancy and revenue reports.
- Assist members and guests with information regarding Club facilities and local services.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
