Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager for our corporate office in Surat to oversee and streamline end-to-end jewellery business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations from the corporate office
- Oversee inventory planning and stock management (gold, diamond, and finished jewellery)
- Coordinate with vendors, karigars, and manufacturing units
- Ensure quality control and adherence to operational processes
- Handle order processing, dispatch, and logistics management
- Monitor billing, documentation, and record maintenance
- Prepare MIS reports and perform operational analysis
- Improve workflow efficiency and implement cost-control measures
- Collaborate with sales, accounts, and marketing teams
- Lead and manage the operations team effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in jewellery operations (corporate setup preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
