warehouse and logistics operations team in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise inbound and outbound processes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement.
- Lead warehouse associates and shift teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Track operational KPIs and productivity.
- Coordinate with transport and dispatch teams.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Warehousing, or 3PL Operations.
- Experience as a Store Manager, Team Leader, Shift Incharge, or Warehouse Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
