We’re Hiring – Junior Accountant

Gourishankar Polymer Group of Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, reconciliation, and reporting, preferably in a trading or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update daily accounting records in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Pass Sales & Purchase entries in Tally
- Perform Debtor & Creditor Reconciliation
- Conduct Bank & Branch Reconciliation
- Carry out Stock Reconciliation and assist in stock valuation
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account matching
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports in Excel
- Assist in inventory management
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support day-to-day financial operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in trading or manufacturing)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and data management
- Ability to independently handle reconciliation and reporting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
