We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to educate and train employees, sales teams, and clients on educational products, software solutions, smart classroom technologies, and company processes. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and process training sessions for employees and clients.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment modules.
- Train sales teams on product features, demonstrations, and customer handling.
- Provide onboarding training to new employees.
- Conduct online and offline workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with management to identify training needs.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
- Stay updated with new educational technologies and market trends.
- Support schools, colleges, and institutional clients with product usage training.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of training methodologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- MS Office and presentation preparation skills.
- Leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Training certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in training, sales training, EdTech, or educational products.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in EdTech or educational marketplace industry preferred.
- Comfortable traveling for training and demonstrations.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
