Academic Counsellor
Scholars Foundation | Full-time | 1–4 Years Experience (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role We are looking for a proactive and communicative Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through course selection, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission processes
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and resolving queries
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Update lead status and maintain records in the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, or Sales
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Preferred Experience
- Background in EdTech, Universities, Colleges, Coaching Institutes, or Training Organizations
- Familiarity with CRM software and tele-counselling
