- Attend inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and booking-related queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, and services.
- Assist customers with booking confirmations and reservation updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest support and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Support room sales by guiding customers with suitable booking options.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, or call handling will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Training & Support
- Complete training will be provided for call handling, booking systems, and customer service processes.
- No sales targets or pressure-based calling.
