Arrow Food Tech Solutions is a fast-growing FMCG B2B distributor supplying Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers (HoReCa) across Nashik and Pune. We carry 850+ SKUs across 20 product categories including flours, pulses, spices, dairy, frozen foods, sauces, dry fruits, oils, and more. We are building a professional operations team to scale to new highs.
What You Will Do:
- Own all vendor relationships — primary contact for every supplier across 20 categories
- Place purchase orders the same day stock alerts are received — no delays
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery timelines with vendors
- Ensure Arrow never runs out of fast-moving stock
- Coordinate GRN (goods receiving) with the warehouse team
- Track all vendor payments and coordinate with accounts team
- Monitor vendor performance monthly — identify and replace underperformers
- Prepare monthly purchase report for the Owner
- Convert advance payment vendors to credit terms over time
- Stay updated on market prices for key commodities — oils, pulses, spices
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years experience in purchase / procurement in FMCG, food distribution, or HoReCa supply
- Strong vendor negotiation skills — knows how to get better prices and credit
- Basic Tally Prime knowledge preferred
- Good communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
- Honest, organised, and able to handle multiple vendors simultaneously
- Nashik local preferred — knows Nashik’s FMCG market and vendor network
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
