Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented E-commerce Manager who can independently handle and scale our online business across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complete e-commerce operations and driving growth without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
Optimize titles, keywords, descriptions, and images for better ranking
Monitor competitor pricing and trends
Sales & Growth
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase daily orders
Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
Manage deals, discounts, and campaign planning
Order & Operations
Handle order processing and coordination with dispatch team
Manage returns (RTO) and reduce return ratio
Ensure smooth daily operations
Website Management (Shopify)
Upload and manage products on website
Monitor performance and improve conversion rate
Ensure proper payment and checkout flow
Platform Expansion
Onboard and manage new e-commerce platforms
Explore new growth opportunities
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily sales reports (orders, revenue, returns, ads spend)
Analyze data and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in E-commerce handling
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho
Basic knowledge of Shopify or website management
Strong understanding of product listing & SEO
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
