We’re building HeyBroh, a fast-growing D2C fashion and lifestyle brand creating clothing, merch, cool designs, gifts, and fun products for young India.
We are now entering our core team building phase and are looking for highly energetic, hardworking, persistent people who want to grow with us long term.
This is not a boring desk job.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a major role in growing HeyBroh and helping build the brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Events
- Managing booths, events, flea markets, exhibitions, and sales activations
- Driving strong sales and customer engagement
- Selling products confidently and creating repeat customers
Inventory & Operations
- Managing inventory end-to-end
- Tracking stock and product movement
- Keeping operations smooth and organized
Customer Experience
- Shipping and logistics coordination
- Customer support and communication
- Managing gifting and order fulfilment
Brand Building
- Helping us grow HeyBroh in the real world
- Bringing fresh ideas to increase visibility and sales
- Supporting long-term brand growth
What We’re Looking For

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in sales, retail, events, customer service, fashion, or D2C will have an advantage.
Compensation
₹25,000 Fixed Salary+ UNCAPPED 10% COMMISSION ON TOTAL SALES REVENUE
There is no ceiling on earnings. The better you perform, the more you make.
Requirements
- Laptop is mandatory
- Must be comfortable with field work, events, and customer-facing responsibilities
- Must be serious about a long-term role and growth
