We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Import Manager who will be responsible for handling domestic and international procurement activities, especially import operations from countries like China and other overseas markets. The candidate must have strong negotiation skills, vendor management capability, import documentation knowledge, and supply chain coordination experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Management
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and office requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and monitor order execution.
- Ensure timely material availability to avoid production or operational delays.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain procurement MIS reports and stock planning coordination.
Import Management
- Manage complete import procedures from supplier finalization to shipment arrival.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners.
- Handle import documentation such as:
- Proforma Invoice
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- LC Documentation
- BOE (Bill of Entry)
- Insurance Documents
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and DGFT/import policies.
- Track shipment schedules and coordinate customs clearance.
- Calculate landed cost and maintain import cost analysis.
- Handle duty structure, HS code coordination, and import compliance.
Vendor & Coordination
- Develop new vendors from China and international markets.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, production, and sales departments.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delay, shortage, or pricing.
- Maintain strong communication with overseas factories and sourcing agents.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, International Business, or Procurement preferred
Experience
- 5+ years experience in Purchase & Import operations
- Experience in manufacturing / automobile / E-bike / electronics industry preferred
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
