Preschool Teacher & Academic Counsellor
Location: EuroKids Preschool, Kumbakonam

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and confident Preschool Teacher & Academic Counsellor who can actively contribute to the smooth functioning and growth of our preschool.
This is a multi-responsibility role involving teaching, parent counselling, admissions, school coordination, and event planning. We are looking for a candidate who takes complete ownership of their responsibilities and works with the mindset: “This is my school, and I am responsible for its success.”
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and teach preschool children in a caring and child-friendly manner.
- Welcome children and parents warmly every morning.
- Counsel prospective parents and clearly explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, infrastructure, and programmes.
- Follow up on admission enquiries and effectively convert leads into admissions.
- Build trust and confidence with parents through excellent communication.
- Answer parent enquiries and address concerns professionally.
- Guide and support teachers in managing daily school activities.
- Assist in the overall day-to-day management of the preschool.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, and activities.
- Take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident and professional in communicating with parents.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong counselling, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in preschool teaching, academic counselling, admissions, or school administration is preferred.
