- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Build and support Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules
- Automate server provisioning, patching, compliance and operational tasks
- Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow and monitoring platforms
- Troubleshoot automation failures and provide production support
- Participate in Incident, Change and Problem Management processes
- Support transition, transformation and automation roadmap activities
- Work in 24x7 managed services environment supporting operational SLAs
