Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Accurately take and process guest orders through the POS system.
- Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with restaurant setup, special events, and daily operational requirements.
- Address guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Follow company standards for grooming, hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Freshers with a Hotel Management background are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English with a customer-focused approach.
- Presentable personality with excellent grooming standards.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
