BACKGROUND
Precians Global is a US based full-service accounting firm offering tailored solutions in accounting, tax planning, and wealth management. They focus on simplifying financial management for businesses across sectors like real estate, e-commerce, retail, and healthcare.
Precians Global is committed to fostering long-term client relationships through personalized, strategic services that help clients maintain financial health and achieve business goals. They also provide expert support in regulatory filings, payroll processing, and investment advising.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting processes for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Statements & Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other customized financial reports.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee and process payroll for clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Oversee and ensure accurate entry of financial data into accounting systems.
- Sales Tax & Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and file sales tax, property tax reports, and other required regulatory filings, such as city licenses.
- Client Relationship Management & Communication: Manage client relationships by handling inquiries, assisting with needs, leading client onboarding, and conducting video meetings to discuss financials, address concerns, and provide guidance, ensuring responsive and effective communication.
- 1099 Filing: Prepare and file 1099 forms to comply with IRS regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or any related field
- Master's degree holder in Accounting or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience in U.S. companies (experience in both private and public practice is highly desirable).
- Prior experience with payroll reconciliation, inventory management, and sales tax is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, Xero, AccountingCS, Paycheck, and Slack.
- QBO certification is a highly advantageous qualification.
- Tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUP and macros) for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
