Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Field Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Surat.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
