1. Job Role (Involves field work)
a. Follow up on orders from repeat customers.
b. Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely invoice generation.
c. Work with Supply Chain & Production teams to ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries.
d. Support Finance with customer-wise sales data to measure growth trends.
e. Brainstorm with management to identify and resolve customer issues, implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
2. Qualification: Graduate (Commerce/Business/Management preferred)
3. Experience: 0–2 years (internships/1 year FMCG/QSR/HORECA client servicing preferred)
a. Desirable (Optional): Prior experience in FMCG/QSR/HORECA client servicing, sales coordination, or supply chain support.
4. Key Skills:
a. Strong written & verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
b. MS Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
c. Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production.
d. Customer empathy, problem solving, and attention to detail.
