Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube
- Programmatic platforms
- Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives
- Plan and oversee lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates
- Optimize marketing funnels and website performance for higher conversions
- Collaborate with sales, design, content, and product teams
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agencies
- Build and mentor the digital marketing team
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Drive marketing automation and CRM integration initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 4–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEO/SEM
- Google Analytics
- Paid media
- Marketing automation
- CRM tools
- Social media strategy
- Experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Suite
- HubSpot
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience handling large-scale digital budgets preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
