We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our international client base. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in international markets.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, project estimates, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Services Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of international sales and B2B client acquisition.
- Experience with, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue.
