We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate offer letters and salary negotiations.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Handle resignation, exit interviews, and Full & Final settlement coordination.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
- Maintain biometric attendance.
- Process leave applications and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing with Finance.
- Maintain records of PF, ESI, gratuity, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize festivals, birthday celebrations, team-building activities, and welfare programs.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation confirmations and performance reviews.
- Maintain appraisal records.
- Support KPI and KRA implementation.
- Track employee development plans.
HR Administration
- Draft HR letters including Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer, Warning, and Experience Letters.
- Update employee records and HRMS.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and MIS.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory HR records.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Assist in policy implementation and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
