Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience & Selling expertise in Government Sector Business in the areas of IT/ITES/ICT/eGovernance and CCTV & Surveillance projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of business generation, excellent government networking, and the related ability to handle end-to-end Sales as well as project operations in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the eGovernance and Surveillance domain across Maharashtra.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, departments, and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, technical support, and project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end operations for projects acquired, from pre-sales to execution.
- Track government policies, tenders, and schemes relevant to company offerings and identify suitable project opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and government meetings.
- Maintain healthy pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 to 8 years of experience in business development for IT/ITES/ICT/eGovernance and CCTV & Surveillance projects.
- Strong network and existing rapport with state and local government departments in Maharashtra and to posses skills to build new contacts and association.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior Negotiation Skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling project operations and client relationship management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and project management software is must.
- Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English is preferred.
