Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track stock movement, including inward and outward material transactions.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare inventory reports and identify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
- Follow inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Support warehouse operations and ensure efficient material handling.
- Assist in implementing inventory optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques and warehouse processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
