WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Your day: Research target companies in the US and EMEA markets. Find the right decision-makers. Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Handle objections. Book qualified appointments. Log everything in our CRM. Work on live client campaigns alongside people who've been doing this for years.
WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF THIS
By month three: You'll have had real conversations with senior decision-makers across the US and European markets. You'll understand what drives a B2B pipeline, how demand gen agencies operate, and what separates a lazy outreach from one that actually converts. Those skills make you valuable across sales, marketing, and business development.
Top performers here move into campaign manager or team lead roles within 12 to 18 months. We've had people transition into AE roles at our clients. We've had people leave and get hired at higher-tier demand gen companies. You build a skill stack that travels.
