Job description:
We are looking for a laptop service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related devices. The candidate should have good technical knowledge and a customer-friendly approach.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues (screen, battery, motherboard, keyboard, etc.)
- Install and troubleshoot Windows/software issues
- Remove viruses and improve system performance
- Test laptops after repair to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain service records and parts usage
- Support customers with basic technical guidance
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Degree in Computer or Electronics (preferred)
- Experience in laptop repair (freshers with training can apply)
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Good communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer
- Service center experience
