We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to for one of our client. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our products, following up on leads, and converting them into customers. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Convert leads into customers through effective follow-ups and objection handling.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-up activities.
- Track conversion rates and share regular performance updates.
- Communicate product benefits clearly and provide excellent customer experience.
- Collect customer feedback and represent the company professionally during all interactions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or outbound calling roles preferably in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Comfort with CRM tools and daily data logging.
- Good objection-handling skills and the ability to steer conversations towards a clear outcome.
- Basic understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, or investment products is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
