Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements:
- Any Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Erode and nearby areas.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
