Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Maintain ledger accounts of channel partners
- Manage receipts, payments, and cash flow records
- Handle GST compliance (Return filing, reconciliation, input credit, etc.)
- Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
- Taxation planning and execution as per statutory norms
- Maintain daily cashbook and prepare monthly petty cash reports
- Manage vendor payments and reimbursement notes
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly account reconciliations
- Review inter-company transactions and maintain invoice records
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate audits and assist management during audits
- Maintain proper documentation and file tracking system
- Perform any other task assigned by management
