Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to support clinical operations in a fertility center setting. The candidate will assist in patient care, fertility procedures, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic while maintaining high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care & Support
Assist in patient assessment, vitals monitoring, and documentation
Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care
Counsel patients on basic treatment protocols and medication adherence
Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and emotional support
2. Procedure Assistance
Assist doctors during fertility procedures such as:
Follicular monitoring
IUI (Intrauterine Insemination)
IVF procedures (basic assistance)
Prepare procedure rooms and ensure readiness of equipment
3. Medication & Treatment Management
Administer injections and medications as prescribed
Educate patients on self-administration (if required)
Maintain medication stock and inventory
4. Infection Control & Hygiene
Maintain strict aseptic protocols
Ensure sterilization of instruments and clinical areas
Follow clinic safety standards
5. Documentation & Coordination
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and front office
Assist in appointment scheduling and patient flow management
6. Patient Experience & Counseling
Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism
Support in managing patient expectations during fertility treatments
Assist in grievance handling if required
Eligibility Criteria
GNM / B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)
Registered Nurse certification
Minimum 1–3 years of experience (fertility/OBGYN experience preferred)
Skills Required
