Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT System Manager to handle day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in managing systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting overall IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support daily IT operations across the organization
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Manage office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices
- Ensure proper functioning of internet connectivity, routers, and servers
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related queries and issues
- Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and updates
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of systems and assets
- Ensure data backup and basic security protocols are followed
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT support when required
Requirements:
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system management
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
