Leading manufacturer of conveyor belts, transmission belts, and industrial rubber products. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to independently manage Plant HR operations and drive key HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate learning & development and statutory training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.).
- Manage contract labour compliance and documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards.
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Partner with plant leadership to address manpower and HR-related requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Plant HR operations.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee relations and grievance handling.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience handling Plant HR independently.
- Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel.
- Exposure to ISO systems and HR compliance audits will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
