About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic Business Sales Executive to join our growing event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting corporate clients, securing sponsorships, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, and social media.
- Meet corporate clients and present event sponsorship opportunities.
- Acquire sponsors for events, exhibitions, dance competitions, and entertainment programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate companies and business partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate sponsorship and event partnership deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and event execution teams.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Confidence in meeting corporate decision-makers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or any equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Event Sales, Advertising Sales, or Sponsorship Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
