Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a B.E/B. Tech degree in Civil or Architecture. An MBA would be a beneficial addition. This position is perfect for someone with 0–1 year of experience who is enthusiastic about advancing their career in Sales and Business Development within the Engineering Services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing deals.
Respond to client inquiries, understand customer requirements, and support pricing and negotiation efforts.
Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth project transitions to production teams and deliver completed projects to customers.
Engage with and support delivery partners under supervision.
Work with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for improving sales processes.
Actively participate in lead generation activities to support business growth.
Coordinate with internal operational teams for seamless delivery.
Qualifications:
Eager to learn and advance in Sales and Business Development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fundamental grasp of engineering concepts with the capability to develop solutions tailored to client business requirements.
Proactive approach with an emphasis on achieving results.
