Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead (.NET) to lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET technology stack, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience leading development teams while actively contributing to software development.
The Technical Lead will work closely with architects, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Microsoft .NET platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review application architecture, technical designs, and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and coach developers on best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
- Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for application deployment and CI/CD implementation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading development teams or serving as a senior developer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Experience with Azure Functions
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
