Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage financial operations in a construction company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and MS Office, along with a good understanding of project-based accounting, cost tracking, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally
Manage project-wise accounts, budgets, and cost tracking
Handle accounts payable/receivable, including contractor and supplier payments
Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase entries related to construction materials and services
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Generate financial reports using MS Excel and Tally
Track expenses and ensure proper allocation to respective projects
Support audits and financial reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction/real estate)
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with project costing and inventory management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-driven environment
Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
