Key Responsibilities
- Closely monitor installation activities at customer sites to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure seamless installation of electrical, home automation, and lighting products while minimizing error rates.
- Identify and promptly address process deviations during installation.
- Document errors and deviations in a structured manner and present performance metrics.
- Escalate critical issues systematically and work towards providing effective resolutions.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD.
- 0–2 years of experience in automation, electricals, or related industries.
- Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of power systems (single-phase/multi-phase), inverters, and generators.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
