Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Distribution Management
- Expand Retail Network: Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors to expand market coverage.
- Manage Channel Partners: Maintain deep, daily relationships with existing distributors and B2B clients to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Drive Sales Pipeline: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual volume, value, and productivity targets.
- Process Orders: Visit retail shops on a planned daily "beat" or route to collect inventory orders.
- Payment Recovery: Manage debtors, handle collection cycles, and ensure outstanding payment clearance from the market.
- Execute Trade Marketing: Implement promotional consumer offers, trade schemes, and localized marketing programs.
2. Market Research and Reporting
- Monitor Competitors: Track competitor price points, recent product launches, and regional promotional activities.
- Gather Feedback: Collect and compile immediate feedback from store owners and end consumers.
- Submit Documentation: Write and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), coverage logs, and weekly performance updates to managers
- Enhance In-Store Visibility: Ensure high visual compliance by managing shelf placement, displays, and planogram setups.
- Conduct Activation Activities: Organize and supervise product sampling, local events, pop-up stalls, and B2C campaigns.
- Manage Digital Promos: Run local localized social media or digital marketing initiatives when targeting modern retail outlets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
