We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our market presence and sales operations for electric 3-wheelers. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, establishing and managing direct company outlets at the tehsil level, and leading a high-performing local sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets for our electric 3-wheeler segment across the assigned territory.
- Territory Development: Lead the establishment of new tehsil-level company outlets. Build strong operational frameworks and ensure brand standards are maintained across all locations.
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Hire, train, and manage a dedicated team of outlet-level sales executives, fostering a culture of high productivity and accountability.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, emerging EV market trends, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless coordination for inventory management, timely vehicle deliveries, and exceptional after-sales service.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track performance metrics and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and territory progress for the Marketing Head.
