Skylar Seaview Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about the resort, nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to address guest needs.
- Ensure guest feedback is gathered and analyzed to improve services.
- Maintain a guest history database to personalize guest experiences for repeat visitors.
- Offer assistance with booking excursions, transportation, and other guest activities.
- Help in arranging special services like birthdays, anniversaries, or other occasions.
- Ensure guests are informed of resort amenities and services to enhance their stay.
- Follow up with guests during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
