We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in the FMCG industry and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in managing warehouse activities, inventory control, dispatch planning, and logistics while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
Monitor stock levels and minimize inventory losses, damages, and wastage.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to operational standards.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory and warehouse performance.
Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of warehouse management experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
