We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence. You will design, execute, and monitor digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire new customers across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Create, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- SEO Optimization: Perform keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Plan and execute a content calendar for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Email Marketing: Segment audience lists, design email templates, and set up automated drip campaigns to nurture leads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to discover new growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and major social media dashboards.
- SEO/SEM Tools: Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to read data, build pivot tables, and translate metrics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Excellent copywriting skills and basic design experience (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
