E-commerce Marketplace Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, and Zepto. This role focuses on driving sales performance, optimizing listings, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Optimize product pages with SEO, high-conversion creatives, and compelling content
- Track and analyze KPIs: GMV, AOV, CAC, conversion rates
- Execute platform-specific ad campaigns and promotions (ROAS target: 4x+)
- Handle returns, reviews, and customer escalations to maintain ratings
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards
- Coordinate with operations for inventory planning
- Launch new SKUs and promotional bundles to increase AOV
Requirements
- Experience in Myntra/Nykaa and quick commerce platforms (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
- Understanding of ecommerce metrics and funnels
- Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics
- Data-driven mindset with proven results
