Job Summary
Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for an experienced Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and manage institutional collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Proposal Writing, MoU Drafting, Stakeholder Management, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and manage business proposals, project reports, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Prepare and review MoUs, agreements, and collaboration documents.
- Develop and manage partnerships with government departments, educational institutions, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in meetings and business discussions.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Strategic Partnerships, or Institutional Relations.
- Strong experience in Proposal Writing and MoU Drafting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle meetings and business communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Education, Aviation, Skill Development, Government Projects, or Corporate Partnerships will be an added advantage.
