Transformance Hair & Skin Clinic is hiring an experienced Telecaller-cum-Receptionist.
Locations:
- Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad
Job responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls and enquiries
- Call and follow up with prospective clients
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
- Welcome clients and manage the reception desk
- Maintain client and appointment records
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists
- Provide polite and professional customer service
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, responsible and presentable
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, salon or healthcare centre is preferred
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month
Performance incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Working hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Weekly holiday: One day per week
